Unicorn Stitch offers a variety of products, including print-on-demand merchandise, pet accessories, handmade items, artwork, and other dog-themed merchandise.

Some products are made to order or produced specifically after an order is placed. Product availability may change at any time.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, sizes, designs, and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations in color, print placement, materials, or appearance may occur due to differences in screens, manufacturing, handmade production, or print-on-demand processes.

Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been submitted, it may immediately enter production or fulfillment.

No Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges

All sales are final.

Unicorn Stitch does not accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed.

Because many of our products are made to order, customized, handmade, or produced specifically for each customer, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, size, color, and other options before checkout.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact Unicorn Stitch with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please do not return any product without first contacting us.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Shipping

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates and may include both production and transit time.

Unicorn Stitch is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional charges may apply to replace or reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's procedures and policies.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but the customer cannot locate the package, the customer should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or the delivery location.

We will assist where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee replacement of packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Intellectual Property

All original artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, logos, product designs, text, and other content created by or for Unicorn Stitch remain the intellectual property of Unicorn Stitch unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, trace, digitize, modify, or commercially use our artwork or designs.

Our artwork may not be used to create competing merchandise or digital products without written permission.

Personalization and Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, wording, spelling, titles, measurements, and other information submitted for personalized products.

Unicorn Stitch is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied by the customer.

Custom and personalized products are final sale.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website, products, artwork, or services for unlawful purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website or fraudulently obtain products, discounts, refunds, or services.

Third-Party Services

Certain products, payment services, shipping services, or website features may be provided through third-party companies, including fulfillment and print-on-demand providers.

If an order must be canceled by Unicorn Stitch because of an error or inability to fulfill the order, any applicable payment for the canceled portion will be refunded.
